Megan Mullally Reveals Will & Grace' Guest Stars Nervous Behavior
Letting it spill! Megan Mullally revealed which Will & Grace guest stars fainted and threw up on set of the beloved sitcom. The 58-year-old actress made the revelations during a Thursday, December 15, appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
Asked by host Andy Cohen about the guest stars’ worst behavior, the Why Him? star replied, “People were pretty nice but I don’t know about bad behavior. But some people got so nervous that there was fainting, throwing up and, you know, just general bodily shutdown.”
She added: “Rosanna Arquette threw up. Rosie O’Donnell fainted.”
Mullally also opened up about the possibility of a Will & Grace revival 10 years after the end of the show’s eight-season run in 2006. “Well, there’s some interest and people have been talking and there’s some rumors, and from what I can tell, a lot of people really want the show to come back,” the L.A. native — who played Karen Walker on the hit series — told Cohen. “So, you know, we’ll see what happens.”
As previously reported, Mullally and her costars Debra Messing, Sean Hayes and Eric McCormack recently reunited to film an extended Will & Grace scene urging fans to vote in this year’s presidential election. The nine-minute clip went viral hours after its September 26 release, just ahead of the first 2016 presidential debate.
“It was crazy. Well, it was kind of like we had just been away for the weekend,” Mullally said of getting back together with her TV family. “The best part really was that it was all the same people, not just the cast, but Jim Burrows the director, the costume designer, the lighting designer, the set designer, the writer. I mean, everybody the same. The camera operators!”
